EMR Works With Local Partner to Install Natural Gas Monitoring Systems

Our local partner Chemical Feed Systems recently installed Natural Gas monitoring systems for a city utility in Tennessee. The system uses the Industrial Control Links Pinnacle controllers for calculating the AGA 7 gas flows coming from the turbine meters at the natural gas transfer sites.  The latest addition to the system will remotely monitor the utilities Honeywell Mini-Max gas flow meters.  The utility also uses the ICLinks SCADAFlex II controllers for remote monitoring and control of water tank sites and valve sites.  The systems communicate over the Verizon cellular network back to the existing Wonderware SCADA PC at the utility offices.  The system has built in redundancy through the web pages hosted by the ICL controllers at each site.  Giving the operators access to the system via their cell phones and tablets.

About Industrial Control Links:

Integrated SCADA solutions from ICL combine state-of-the-art technology and components that traditionally require additional equipment, programming and costs. The result is more efficient systems, immediate access to more complete data, flexible networking options and bottom-line savings.  www.iclinks.com
